The main decision making body of the organization is the General Assembly, i.e. the community of members which comes together at least once a year. The organization is operated by an Operative Management Board which constitutes of 7 members and is elected by the General Assembly. The President and the General Secretary are members of the Board. The work of the management is assisted by the Council of Garden Leaders as an advisory board with thematic working groups functioning within that. The organization’s communication is served by the home page, newsletters and publications. In addition to membership fees, grant proposals provide the financial sources that support our activity.
